  John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming. Secured parking was good. Room service deserts are amazing. Need to try the burgers from the restaurant mmm. King suite with the Disney view is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't wake up.

  the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. the maids were very good and work in a timely matter. the room was old but cozy. and I really like the fact that you allowed my dog to stay as well.
