Everyone that worked there was VERY nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Anytime I will need to stay up that way I will definitely stay here at this hotel for now on. -
It was very close to Dulles airport and we were picking up family member early in the morning. I would go there and stay for other reasons as well.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean, welcoming and smart. My room was a good size, the heating/cooling worked great and it was only a short distance to the local shopping centre and eateries. Highly recommend this hotel. -

staff was excellent. when we asked questions they went over the top to help. food was available at desk. was nice have a long day to grab a piece of fruit or granola bar. coffee always there, fresh and hot. the breakfast bar was much more than i usually see at other hotels. i had a fabulous stay and would stay there again if in the area. we were

I only stayed there one night to accommodate a flight connection. And
contrary to a previous review, I found that the airport shuttle was
quite acceptable. On the way from the airport, there were only five
people and on my way to the airport the following morning, the small

I stay at hotels up and down the Northeast for business and I can say the Holiday Inn Dulles is very clean ,quiet and modern . I have stayed here before and will do again when I am in the Washington area. The restaurant is very good also . The cleaning staff does an excellent job and should be reconized .

Excellent value for money. Price included breakfast which was more than we expected. Arrived at midnight - night staff (Theresa) provided excellent service going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Changed our rooms when stairs were difficult, provided us with travel info for buses and helped us with internet access. -

We needed to return our rental car and the location couldn't have been better, only a 5 minute drive from the drop location at the airport. The whole experience at the hotel was positive.

Staff all very friendly and efficient; very comfortable bed; clean room; free tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.
Airport shuttle bus also happy to ferry you to and from local restaurants. The shuttle also dropped me off at the Udvar-Hazy air & space museum just south of the airport ... arranged to pick me up from the same spot exactly 3 h

I have nothing to criticize them for. Moved to a more expensive hotel after that for business purposes and i can't even have free WIFI that i used to have at Hampton and i don't see the reason why this new hotel should be as expensive as it is. Hampton is definitely much value for money

The staff was friendly and attentive, our room was cleaned promptly and
thoroughly. The room, linen, towels, and bathroom were all very clean
and well maintained. The free breakfast was pretty good for the standard
continental fare. -

I booked using letsbookhotel.com. When checking out the front desk was unable
to give me a receipt. While I understand that it may be some else
(letsbookhotel.com) who gives me a receipt (which they don't) I still need
one. By the hotel not giving me one and I can't get one anywhere
else I will have to take this great hotel off my list. It may be

received! Less than $100 for a King Suite! Beautiful room in a great
location for what we needed! I will be using letsbookhotel.com and Wingate by

After a delayed flight, we arrived at 5:00 am instead of the night before and the manager arranged to start the breakfast early for us. Everything was very clean and we spent a day relaxing. -
