Location right off freeway. Great price. My wife left her phone and the
manager called me within 15 min to tell me he had it. Staff was friendly
and helpful. The place was old, but that was actually pretty cool. -

My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and an excellent value for my overnight stay in Tucson in early March. Very close to downtown and conveniently located to U of A. I would stay at the University Inn again and I would recommend it to my friends because it was such a great value.

Comfortable and well maintained, even if it is an older facility. If you are looking for a convenient location and a place to spend the evening at a reasonable price then this is the place for you. REMEMBER this is NOT a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel. It is what it is and a good value. -
