The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.

restaurant on site if you wanted to stay indoors. Clean pool area for
the family -
People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

I'm always happy when I stay at a Westin. The staff at the Westin Northwest was very helpful and nice. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my

we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!

Amenities in the room were excellent. I particularly liked the sleep number bed and the aromatherapy "relaxation kit". -

Arived in Chicago on a bitter cold evening -- airport transportation prompt & friendly. Hotel itself, warm & welcoming. Wonderful, helpful staff. Enjoyed a great meal right in the hotel, didn't have to go out in the snowy night. Perfect start to a week long visit, after a tiring flight. Would highly recommend! -

Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights
were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw
staff did a great job finding rooms. -

The front desk staff were the best I have ever encountered at a hotel!
Everyone was friendly, helpful, went beyond what was needed to make sure
our stay and visit was the best it could be. Everyone deserves a raise!
