It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress

Modern version of complimentary soap/shampoo etc. - Clean, neat, efficient service, excellent pizza and fruit plate via room service, quiet, convenient to airport, etc.

However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience. The bad thing with the Embassy Suites is that you could still smell smoke in the room even though the

We had a 18 hour overnight layover in Chicago and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They set up an in room couples massage and room service was amazing!

There was plenty of space in our King bedroom suite for our family of 3:
2 children & 1 adult. There was a kitchen sink, another
sink/mirror in the main bedroom & a sink inside the bathroom.
For 3 females, it was perfect. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel

It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was
very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic
and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. To
get to the O'hare airport is just 15' with the free shuttle
available. -

The comforter is super soft, thick and comfortable! They even have extra blankets. Better than what I had in some of the four star hotels.
It's in a quiet location, and I like the fact that it has a large front yard and does not face the road directly. -

Excellent value for money for a large city. Very good breakfast. Great facilities for young children. Pool, small exercise room if you want that. Coffee and granola bars on demand in lobby. Would definitely stay again. -

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

Overall, I felt that this was a pretty decent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and so was the rest of the building. -
