I was in town for a wedding and did not arrive until later in the day

My past experiences in Myrtle Beach were not good and though all hotels
were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a
long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant,
friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us

Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

I like that this resort is in a good location. I love the hot tubs and pool area with the basketball goal. I like that there is 4 elevatiors in this hotel so the wait is short and smooth. I also like that this hotel is within my price range and very affordable. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it more and more everytime I visit it.

Lovely view from our room on the 12th floor, overlooking the beach and
ocean. Staff very attentive and responded quickly to issues we
reported...ie. Our fridge was freezing everything, no matter how we
adjusted the temp. Dial. They quickly replaced our fridge with another
unit which worked well. Indoor pool was so wonderful. -

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well -

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

The weather was horrible for a beach vacation but there were hot tubs,
pool and lazy river inside we could go to and still enjoy. The location
was good because it was close to the boardwalk and the access to main

I loved that with 2 young kids we really didn't have to leave and spend more money for them to have fun. Great when you're on a budget. They had everything my kids love including the pools, lazy river, arcade and mini golf.

We had a 2bedroom 2bath apartment, w/full kitchen. Beautiful view from both balconies and apartment came complete w/all amenities And was able to walk straight to the beach from our hotels pool. Had a wonderful relaxing time And will definitely stay here every year! -
