I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

Location on the U of M campus. Close to University Hospital. Upgraded appearance of public areas and of the room with large flat screen TV, plenty of electrical outlets and a pleasant shower.. Starbucks and Applebee's attached.

We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one
night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest
modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy
place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing
if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A
little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

The staff was very helppful as I am disabled. Also I could not get my lap top to work and one young man sprnt a long time trying to help me. I was very pleased. The got me a cart for my luggage very fast and assisted me well. I plan to be back on the 29 of sep. -

The hotel has been around for may years but it is in good shape. Rooms are fine. Good location, easy to get anywhere in the Twin Cities. -
my husband and I loved the free cookies and bellhop service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the location of the hotel as well.

We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.
