Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, close to everywhere we were going, free wifi, on site "gift shop" was perfect when my fiance started getting sick and we needed cough drops and nyquil asap -

Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. -

is unique from other mall area hotels. Just keep it consistent through
out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.

We wanted to see the moa and minneapolis! The price was great, the room looked as great as the pics on line! Clean and comfty! The beautiful white comforter was soft and comfy also! We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. In the morning I went to get my car and it was all dug out and cleaned off. I

It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one
night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest
modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy
place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing
if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A
little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled. -

airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the
restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a

The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to
restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and
the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were
great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had
no problems with my stay. -

I loved the room size. The extra space of the suite was really nice. It was good to have other sitting options than just on the bed. Also the style of the room. How they kept some of the original structure of the building and added it into the design of the room. -

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and
knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle to and from the Excel Center
was an extra perk we had not planned on. -
They were very nice and helpful. I like the location right next to the capital.
