Request granted for attached rooms. Friendly maids. Front desk personnel friendly althought one clerk was snippy with the other. Even though she did the procedure right. Should not be done in front of customer. Great Breakfast. -

Staff very friendly and helpful, including a shuttle trip to the drugstore to get needed supplies.
Breakfast buffet included. -
Very good facilities. Personnel was corteous all the time. Especially the young waitress at the restaurant.

Love to stay in historic hotels. Staff was great - we were put in a
lovely room. Front desk called to check and make sure "the first 20
minutes of your stay has been awesome." Good advice on where we
could walk for a drink and late snack. -

The staff was exceptional! We especially liked the bellman who helped us
park our car with the car-top carrier in a special place so it fit in
the garage. He gave us handwritten directions to a couple of places that
made our trip extra special! He is a gem!! He worked the evening we got
there, May 29th. Wonderful, helpful man! -

... lo que la gente dice » derful to me. While I was there I got news that a friend back home had died. I was shattred. One of the workers at the desk was so helpful getting me every thing I needed. She even brought me candy and a sympathy card. I cannot express how much that meant.

Jason checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to bring us extra chairs for our room and to put us in a room that was close to an elevator for my elderly father. He also suggested a shower chair and had it brought up for my father. -

As soon as we arrived they told us we had been upgraded to a suite, and
it was fabulous! The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly,
and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice too! If you like
offbeat, bars, there's a really great little Whiskey Bar next door.
We were the only ones in there, but our bartender was a ton of fun

this hotel is nicely decorated and their complimentary breakfast is really great!
The fitness center is fantastic. One of the best I have seen in a smaller hotel. The rooms were perfect and the local restaurants and businesses on East Market are charming.

The moment we arrived, your staff was very helpful. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.
