  Owners / managers are super friendly & accommodating. They upgraded us to suite 212, which was lovely! It contained such a cool collection of plates (dale the manager said, just sit in your living room and look at all the plates &'it feels like you've traveled the world in a few minutes). It is close to von's (s - The best thing about The Tides is the huge attention to detail and extra value, facilities and service that the owners and staff bring. We were bowled over by the friendliness, the fireplace, the information, the help buying tickets, the gas grill area. Fantastic stay.
