everything the moment we checked in we were greeted by a friendly front desk associate. the pool was amazing love the hours for the pool the room was clean comfortable and perfect. the breakfast was more than we could have asked for. great selection and awesome hot breakfast love the breakfast hours from 6-10 am -

The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. -

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -

Have stayed at few different local Hotels and Motels. Will like to return to this one on next trip. It has comfortable rooms, larger TV set, very nice and large Fitness room near the Indoor Pool. Good breakfast and for me a good surprise dinner and desert - at no extra charge. Wi-Fi was free too. Though the parking lot was almost full but the Hote

Great place to stay. Great location, great service, and VERY friendly stuff!!! Extremely clean and comfortable room with desk, refrigerator, microwave, couch, big screen TV, fully stocked bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in area.Nice continental breakfast was served. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this Regency Hotel!!!

There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. Thanks to this helpful employee my evening was saved -

This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. -
The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
