Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

El servicio de habitaciones muy bueno, comia y cenaba casi todos los dias en la habitacion, te traen la comida muy rapido en 20 min, mucha variedad y a buen precio la verdad. - Soy un haboitual de este Hotel, la variedad de restaurantes y bares de muy buenba calidad y en un mismo sitio resulta muy comodo.

The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.
Good quality breakfast.

Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. Nice neighbourhood with some interesting Restaurants,especially an Iraqi one, where you can watch the national fish dish ( Masgouf ), slowly roasting on wood embers ! . They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.
