The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

El hotel está fenomenal: las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todo tipo de comodidades. Tienen su propia cocina totalmente equipada y cuentan hasta con lavadora, que nunca había visto en otros apartahoteles.
En cuanto a los servicios, también está muy bien, pues hay dos piscinas (exterior y climatizada), gimnasio, parque infantil de niños, sala de juegos, business centre, supermercado a precios económicos las 24h, comidas en la habitación 24h también, masajes, peluquería, etc. No

We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We took a two-bedroom, for four adults. The room is very large, each room has its own bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. There is a large kitchen, you can cook breakfast there we just did. Two huge balconies. From the nearest subway 10-15 minutes. There are few places where you can eat normally.

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
