Calidez de la atención, calidad de las habitaciones e instalaciones - Hotel impresionante en todo, instalacones, personal,servicios, situación. Creo que es la mejor elección en dubai. Encima tiene la mejor vista ya que esta junto el hotel de la vela burj arab.

Instalaciones amplias, playa muy buena - The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great gym too. - Everything from when we arrived at the airport

Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design.

The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
