This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Instalaciones amplias, playa muy buena - The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.
