El hotel podría tener 5 ESTRELLAS perfectamente. La ubicación es la mejor si eres occidental porque estás pegadito a" EL WALK". Excepcional la atención del personal atentos a todas las necesidades. El personal del hotel es muy atento y se encargan de solucionar cualquier cosa que necesites: gestionar reservas, recomendar sitios, pedir taxis..
La comida en el restaurante Le Rivage es muy buena.

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Su accesibilidad a la zona de Bur Dubai. En Taxi o Andando tiene el centro cerca. El desayuno es muy completo y de lo mejor. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.
