Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view.... Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

La comodidad de no tener que salir dfel aeropuerto ni hacer migraciones ni aduana en una escala de pocas horas, pero suficientes para tomar una buena ducha y descansar . -

I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.
The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular.
