Sencillente indescriptible. Un edificio inteligente con unas suites espectaculares. El servicio mejor que he tenido nunca. Es increíble que en un edificio de 65 plantas al segundo día todo el personal, que es numerosisimo, ya conocía tu nombre y se interesaban por ti. No hay espacio aquí para ponderar el Hotel. -

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with essentials- toiletries and kitchen utensils, definitely fit for a long stay for business or to take a tour around the city. Food was great - one of the reasons I love about this hotel. -

Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They responded to our requests promptly. This hotel is jus opposite to diplomatic area in Abu Dhabi, and as I have to finish some work in that area this was an ideal location for me. Mind it that it is away from the city center, however Abu Dhabi is not a big and crowded city and a taxi ride would take you in 10 min.
