We cannot praise the staff enough. They were super friendly and helpful.They made our stay in Odessa so much more enjoyable. When we return to Odessa we plan to stay at Hotel Frapolli again.
The rooms were large, nice and clean.
Location right in the city center was just perfect.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a great combination of fresh vegetables, blintzes, egg dishes, cheeses, meat and more. There was something for everyone's taste.

great hotel as it was my second stay, i have the same suite as before and the fixed the roof noise from my last feedback... so thanks for listening... tried many dishes in the restaurant and have to say...very good choice and quality, helpful staff even if you want pizza at 2am..they can arrange... also try out the Harley bar cafe across the road.... really great selection of quality dishes...

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. It was a quiet, low traffic street. I could walk to most places of interest. For example, the opera house and Irish Pub were only 2 blocks away.

We stayed in a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!
