The staff are so friendly and they helped me what ever I was expecting. -
Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.

The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. The hotel was ideal for a relaxin

1. Professional and courteous staff, always smiling and saying "hello" or "good afternoon";
2. Large and clean rooms (suite and junior suite), new furniture and sanitaryware, good toilettries, efficient air-conditioning/heating;
3. Very good room make-up (cleaning), maids with nice manners;
