The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. The ladies at reception were very good. The Spa facility was excellent. The ladies at the reception at the Spa, especially Val (I think that is her name) were very good. Some of the massages were very good, the classic massage by a woman and the aqua massage was very good. The cleaners everywhere were excellent.

We stayed in a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to the opera and
Main sights. The junior suite was large and nicely decorated. Very
comfortable bed and bathroom. Wifi worked well. Nice size closet. The

The apartment is amazing with it's huge whirlpool for two and the bed up the stairs. Very friendly staff who introduces you to the appartment and gives you the keys. Also the location is great in the heart of the Old Town and at the promenade. -
