Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. -
The hotel was very clean and everything was first class. I can definitely recommend the rooftop terrace for a romantic dinner.

We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

Дуже вдале розташування. Апартаменти фактично знаходяться на площі Ринок. Але не турбуйтесь, якісні вікна та товсті стіни дозволяють насолоджуватися затишком оселі у будь яку пору доби. Житлового простору для двох більш ніж вдосталь. Якісне оформлення оселі надає їй величного шарму. Наступного разу оберу цю саму оселю.

All the receptionists know English and they are welcoming and helpfull. Rooms are clean and wifi access is perfect from every part of the hotel. Breakfast is very good with lots of sorts. There is also a restaurant in the basement for lunch and dinner. Safe private free car park. Cheap hotel. -

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Terrific value for money. Staff was
very helpful with directions and map info. Best thing is the
bar/restaurant in the hotel, open 24 hours! We arrived around 11 pm
and it was so convenient to eat right away. The food was delicious and
the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The park was amazing, you could walk for hours, get lost, see a pond,
and everyone was taking photos. Our room was nice and spacious for a

It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money.

This hotel is located right in centre of Lviv city! Great location!
Hotel is beautiful. Nice interior. The staff was very friendly. I got a
cheap room, without bathroom or toilet inside, but room itself was very
clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast has been included as
well. It was served very well, with a great variety of dishes offered.
For $40 usd I paid for myself and my son to stay at the hotel, it was a
great value!!! I'm really satisfied with this hotel. Highly
recommend!
