Lo que la gente dice
Clean and McDonald even I almost never care for it. When you are hungry, you eat anything. Restaurant's menu looked great but wanted to just have a simple meal this time. I am very willing to pay the £3x2 to back and forth from the airport to the hotel. My 9 and 12 year old rid for free. Cmon, not many hotels offer shuttle bus which os much more convenient than looking for a bus stop or taxi or rent a car or whatever to go back and forth, and its right in front of the hotel and airport. The shuttle bus service was great-- cheap and very regular. It seemed
like everytime we were in the lobby, there was a bus out front waiting
for passengers. We took the Stansted Express into London 2 days in a row
and it was extremely easy. One night we got back to Stansted very late
and were pleased to discover the shuttle bus runs until 1 A.M., so we
had no trouble getting back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. And best of all,
th.
We only slept for a couple of hours and we booked it because we had a
very early flight from Stansted. The rooms are nice, there is enough
space, it is clean and silent so you can get a bit of rest before your
travel. From stansted, you can get the shuttle (which is common for both
Premier Inn and Hilton) for about 3gbp, the ast one departs stansted
airport at 1am and the first one to leave the hotel is 3.45am, very
convenient. Next time I travel I will consider staying here is the price
offere.
Very clean hotel, both on corridors, rooms and bathroom. Relative
spacious room, large and comfortable bed plus fast WiFi in room (3gbp
for 24h). Although it is located near the airport, I did not heard any
airplanes at all. There is a restaurant on the ground floor plus a
McDonald's and Starbucks at 5 min walk nearby for a quick eating -
although a bit expensive. Transfer to airport very convenient with a bus
in front of the hotel (3GBP/person one way).
I arrived after midnight after delayed trains and a nightmare journey,
the man at the checkin desk instantly made me laugh while checking me in
and made me relax. I got into my room and I couldn't believe the
size! I wish I had got their earlier to enjoy it more. It was huge, the
bed was comfy, the bathroom impeccably clean and the staff were so
friendly and helpful. 5 minutes shuttle bus to the airport in the
morning costing £3, or taxi £8.
Very friendly greeting, guaranteed good night sleep. Room nicely decorated, bathroom clean. Quiet, despite next to airport and busy motorway. Comfortable bed, choice of pillows and extra quilt if wanted. Lovely breakfast - buffet. Very helpful, friendly staff in warm comfy restaurent. Costa Coffee! Staff checked Hash Browns for being gluten free, which they were. Premier Inns have come a long way - would definately stay again.
Really comfortable stylish hotel and very close to the airport as we need to be up early for a flight and a shuttle bus for 3.00 pound per adult , children went free ran every half hour. Staff very friendly , beds very comfortable and rooms stylish and modern. Find myself looking for a Premier Inn when travelling now. Great value and comfort. Mcdonnells and a garage right next to hotel if you did not want to eat in hotel.
The staff were first class, welcomed us when we arrived and couldnt have been more helpful. We were shown to our room which was spacious, wide and very clean. I have mobility problems and they gave me a disability room with more space. Even the restuarant was a good price for the London area and very good. All in all Brilliant, would certainly use a Premier Inn before. This was the first time of using you.
If you arrive in Stansted airport during the night or if you have a
flight early in the morning, the hotel is near enough; the relationship
between service quality and price is very good; and there is a bus-
shuttle service every 30 minutes (6 pounds each to go and go back); the
staff is kind and polite, like Saverio, a young man of the staff, very
gentle and able to solve problems.
I twisted my knee disembarking from Tel Aviv and was in great pain when
I got to the hotel. The night duty manager Natalie McCarthy came with me
to the Airport next morning and organized a wheelchair for me.....her
compassion make all the difference to my stay. The world would be a
better place with more Natalie's! I shall tell everyone how great
Premier Inns are!.
The Premier was brand new and was excellent .The reception desk and the people manning it were good and there were no problems in checking in. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the food was good. The breakfast as always was excellent and the staff were very attentive. They were filling up the containers without being prompted and the food was hot and good.
Lovely hotel! We stay here when flying in and out of London-Stansted
Airport. Keep in mind that the shuttle bus costs 3 Pounds per adult
and runs every 30 minutes or so from bay 28 (not 30 as it says on
your reservation). The staff were very friendly, helpful and
professional. Beds were comfortable and we especially loved the
choice of pillows in the room.
Very helpful lady when we checked in who helped us to use the automated check in service. The staff in the restaurant were cheerful, friendly and helpful and the food good. We only stayed one night in order to catch an early morning flight. We didn't have breakfast. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. What we expected from Premier Inn.
On arrival after midnight, "Anthony" on reception was friendly, curteous and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great value, good selection of fruit cereal and yoghurts with freshly prepared hot food, again "Henry" was very helpful. Wi-Fi was useful. Excellent staff and a good CLEAN hotel made the stay enjoyable.
The bedroom was very tidy - and the bathroom good, shower/bath really good.
It´s nice that they have a small costa café in the lobby so if you don´t want a big breakfast you can just grab a coffee. The restaurant looked like it served really nice food and we would have dined there upon arrival if we would have known they had a restaurant.
- The restaurant has an excellent quality/price ratio. We were very pleased not to have had dinner/snack at the airport, but at the hotel.
- The beds were really comfortable and relaxing
- We did not notice any annoying noise.
- The shuttle must be paid (3 £ for a one way travel) but it starts early in the night (3h ?) and is on time.
the little things available for guests comfort such as kettle and tea and coffee in the room, very good lights, pad for tired legs, comfortable bed, stylish interior decoration, reception area with self check-in facility if you want to avoid ques at the reception, good cafe and restaurant at the hotel- something for gurmans.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Particular thanks for Nat, at
reception, and Pedro, in restaurant, or all their help when I arrived
with my wife in a wheelchair after she broke her leg in Marrakech. They
deserve a bonus. Five star service. The disabled room and shuttle
service to the airport were excellent.
The room was clean and comfortable, I noticed there were machines for
self-check-in which could be handy to avoid queues (I didn't use
them, though). There's a handy bus for £3 from/to bay 28 (not
bay 30 as advised on the hotel's page, they changed it a couple of
weeks ago), it takes about 10 minutes.
This is the airport hotel and I just used it for one night to wait for morning flight. It is close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus available. Hotel is clean & comfortable. Perfect for overnight stays for passengers waiting for morning flights. I will very likely book this hotel again.
They tried to make sure you get a good sleep by laying on 2 different pillows, black out curtains & a nice comfy mattress. Shower was great. Breakfast was high quality for £8.15 each, all you can eat. Location ideal for late arrivals or early departures. Highly recommended.
Comfortable bed, delicious food in the restaurant (reasonably priced) and friendly efficient staff. Location is perfect for the airport - could fill the hire car just before returning it. We usually stay at Premier Inns on our trips to UK as they are such good value for money.
The room was great value for money and extremely comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into the layout. Knowing that people value comfort and a good night's sleep above all else was clearly in evidence.
As a first-timer to Premier Inn I will defintely be returning. Great job.
I thought this was really very good for a business hotel. Efficient pleasant service from all the staff that I interacted with. My room was huge. It had been designed for wheelchair access and I imagine would have been excellent for anyone needing this kind of access.
My Gosh! I really did have the most comfortable sleep ever! Even by sharing the bed with my 14 year old. Haven't had a good nights rest in years! I wish I could take that room and bed back home with me and all my back and sleep issues would be taken care of.
Level and quality of service by staff was exceptional. Stayed in a lot of hotels at different price ranges - the teamwork and service quality dispayed at this Premier Inn hotel exceeded many that are classed as premium.
Credit where credit is due.
- Welcome by the staff (Michael).
- Size and cleanliness of the rooms.
- Comfy bed and pillow.
- Insulation from noise during night.
- Tea & coffee facilities in room.
- Restaurant staff and quality of food.
- Unbeatable VALUE FOR MONEY.
I liked everything about this hotel. Very clean, quiet place to rest, excellent and very kind staff ready to help. As a traveller who tried many London´s hotels at similar price rates I can say, I haven´t found a better hotel than this one.
So convenient for the Airport, amazing service, bed comfortable beyond description, restaurant menu excellent, staff delightful, especially Charlotte on Reception. Just an hotel to which I'll return again and again. Thank you all xxxx.
close to stansted airport (5 minutes by bus, which costs 3 pounds and leaves every 30')
a good option if you have a flight leaving very early in the morning (mine was at 6.15, making it almost impossible to sleep in central london).
Location to airport is perfect .restaurant serves some good food and
staff are very helpful...the bus service goes every 15 mins past and 45
mins past the hour from bus bay 28 outside the terminal costs 3
pound.great service.
great value for money ratio.
big, clean rooms
very comfortable bed
pretty close to stansted airport - an 8 minutes bus ride, with bus scheduled every 30 minutes since 3.45 am
a good option when you have a 6.30 am flight ;-).
Everything! As a family of three traveling in uk and Europe, most
places put our 13 year old on a couch. Here we had a real bed! Great
breakfast and very clean! We will be telling our friends and returning
to this location.
We were impressed with the staff attention to customers.
Hotel is brand new and nice.
Very good sound isolation.
We appreciated coffee/tea making facilities.
Very good selection and quality of breakfast. Superb hotel.
We loved the restaurant in the hotel. Great breakfast and the dinners were reasonably priced and had a good selection. It was a good value and located nicely so we could catch the train into London from the airport.
close to the Stansted airport but with a PAID shuttle - this is typical of all London airports -
-modern facilities, ample size rooms and beds and very clean,
and the breakfast buffet is superb with so much choice!.
It was close to the airport but a bit hard to find, we were only there for one hour because our plane was delayed, but a shuttle bus took us the next morning at 4.30 am to the airport. but it was very comfortable.
Young girl who was on reception she came from Braintree and was very friendly, as was the lady in the morning and especially Karl in the restaurant...I'm hard to please but they made my stay a good one..thank you.
The staff who met me at the reception was very kind and asked me which rooms I would like to have.
The staff at the restaurant and the Costa coffee shop within the hotel were polite and gave great service!.
The acoustic comfort of the rooom, the location close to the airport.
The drink & food service inside. The PremierInn standard that will
provide a good stay with no surprise anywhere they are located!.
Very clean hotel right next to the airport for those early flights. Restaurant and bar facilities also excellent. Staff friendly, room big enough for us and 2 small kids. At the price you can't go wrong.
You can never go wrong with a Premier Inn.
Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice & comfortable rooms. Easy and quick to reach with the bus shuttle.
Didn't had Food, so can't say anything about that.
I invoked the good night's sleep promise due to a disturbed night
and was pleased that a refund was given without a quibble. Also, the
staff were all excellent - friendly and efficient. Good breakfast.
Incredibly nice staff and clean rooms at a very decent price. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean, I'm glad there was a bathtub! The restaurant food was also delicious.
Convenient location
Excellent value for money
Ease and speed of check- in via electronic terminals
Choice of food and drink
Friendly and attentive customer service
Relaxed atmosphere
Easy car parking.
Nice size room, clean, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, great for a
one night stay when you need to catch at flight early the next morning
at Stansted Airport, nice shuttle service for 3 pounds.
The welcome on our arrival was excellent, the staff extremely helpful. The room was tastefully decorated, towels bed linen etc. all very good quality.Shuttle bus link good.Would stay there again.
This hotel was excellent in every way . The room was comfortable and
modern . The hotel was so easy to get to , on the shuttle from Stansted
and only took a few minutes.Highly recommended.
The hotel was very comfortable in a good position. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and good with our two young grandchildren.
Staff could not do enough to help and were polite, friendly and welcoming. All areas were spotlessly clean and the room was very comfortable. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful.
The male host or manager during the breakfast at the restaurant was extremely nice. I burnt my croissant, long story...my fault...but he was very nice about it, and he offered to get me another one asking a female staff behind the counter, but she did bother to bring me one. Not a problem with one who doesn't care. Maybe I am just a mom. Could not be bothered anyway and I truly appreciate the manager's sincere gesture even I am fine not having it. Overall experience was great.
Minor complaints...the room was small for our family of 5, but we fit.
Also, the restaurant was really busy at dinnertime. We had trouble
getting the attention of the wait staff, but once we did, they were
accomodating and helpful.
Breakfast is only served from 6am onwards which is not convenient if
your flight is at 6am and the price for the breakfast is not included in
the price of the room which is inconvenient as well.
Actually, I can't think of anything negative for the price-range and
the category of this hotel.
One noisy neighbour talking in the night on their way out.
Nothing.
Nothing.
The finishing to the door in the bathroom was not good and in our room did not close. Just general maintenance issue but the lock did not match up to the fastening to the wall and there fore did not catch.
Otherwise all very comfy as always.
There wasn't really anything not to like.
no fridge in the room.
And on the day of departure the staff knocked on the door early, and then 30 mins before departure they entered the room without knocking - not really nice being woken up by a harsh knock on the door by the cleaning staff.
It is possible to have a bag for the breakfasts when you leave before the opening of the restaurant, but in our case there was a problem and the bags were not ready => you may not reserve with included breakfast if you leave before 6h in the morning and have it at the airport.
Shower in the bathroom, because it is not movable.
Absolutely nothing.
The guy at the reception was a trainee working there since a couple of
days. The guy was good and I have nothing to complain about him, however
there was no senior personnel around, which looked a bit awkward,
especially considering that it was late evening/night. I wonder what
would have happened if the poor guy needed some help...
One of the corridors going to my room was very mouldy smelling which was off-putting but a minor issue since the room and main corridors smelt absolutely fine.
I had to get up really early to catch our flight out. Wish I could have enjoyed my sleep longer. Oh, WiFi is not free.
Nothing - exceeded my expectations.
- We discovered in the morning that there was only one bath towel
supplied even though it was a double room. Didn't have time to
call for another, so we shared!! Did include this in the complaint
form, but have not received reply (yet).
- Bath design had curved form which is less safe than a flat bottomed bath for standing (i.e. for showering).
Can´t think of anything.
Nothing !!!!!!.
Nothing it's met my needs for an overnight stop.
The room was clean but I had my family with me, wife and two teen kids and it was a bit small for us. I was expecting a queen bed and two single beds. Seems like they sandwiched a fourth roll away bed between the other two. We literally slept right next to each other.
had an issue with the late evening shuttle bus driver not waiting at airport as he had shut the gate BUT the very understanding hotel customer service manager helped ease the issue the following morning when I had to go back to the airport the next morning.
Paying for the car park..very unreasonable when a paying guest.
No mobile phone signal in my room.
Paying for wifi in the hotel.
The transfer bus cost: £3 each way seems to be too much!.
Stansted airport, but that is not the hotels fault......
You couldn't open the windows in the facilities, and the air did not really circulate even though it said on the window frame that it would be no problem.
Nothing.
Toilet wasn't working properly.
Had to pay for the ATM facility.
