The service was excellent and the owner of the house extremely friendly. Her dog barks but does not bite. The breakfast though continental gave enormous choice and the quantity was there with the quality. Highly recommended!!! The B&B is in a quiet cul de sac which I don't rate as a disadvantage. Thank you for a really pleasant stay and all your efforts to please us.
Everything was perfect. We've been hearty welcomed by Lliwen. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, comfy bed, and what a stylish design bathroom, but with all the nice little details that make you feel cosy and homely. Chloe was very helpful and quick to please, making us a welcome "cup of tea" on our arrival even though we weren't expecting this of a B. & B. accommodation. The updated ensuite was decorated tastefully and glassed shower cubicle a pleasure to enjoy. We will return there in future, if we're ever in the area.

Being out of the centre in Kennington looks like a disadvantage but the 35 bus deposits you there in ten minutes. The bus stop is a five minute walk away.
Only the location might be a small disadvantage if you want to stay in Oxford Centre. However, there is a bus stop nearby with a bus service going every 20 minutes.

The heating seemed to rev for about 10 seconds every couple of minutes, I am a good sleeper but this kept me awake.
