Very helpful staff. I had failed to book at table in the restaurant on the evening of our visit (had I booked directly no doubt the importance of making a reservation would have been pointed out) and although pretty much fully booked they did manage to fit us in, which was much appreciated, there is not much else in Market Rasen. Car park tight, but double parking was permitted, handy as vehicle was fully loaded and I did not really want to leave it in the street. An excellent breakfast, but. todo comentarios »
Everything. Our room was spotless and beautiful. Staff were friendly, and polite. Our waitress was lovely and we had a giggle with her. It was very obvious staff were trained well and the owner/manager ran a very tight ship but the staff were happy. Food at dinner and breakfast was perfect. Wine was good and we were surprised how reasonable our bill was on checking out.
A boutique hotel in the centre of Market Rasen which is a small country town. The hotel, an old building, has been tastefully done up, the room was beautifully appointed and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The dinner we had in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful and nicely presented. Compliments to the chef!.
Everything, I have stayed in the past and it would always be my first choice of hotel in Market Rasen. Being a smoker you facilities are excellent within the constraints of the law. There is a good selection of ales to drink in comfort. also good food availableC.
The food in the hotel was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I have travelled all over the world and must say this was the comfortable bed we have both slept in. If you book room 6 this has a balcony, lovely to have a drink on a summer day.
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Excellent food can recommend the haddock and chips. Breakfast well worth the money.
Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
Staff were very welcoming and very professional.
Food was excellent. 5 star at least!
Comfortable bed and stylish furnishings.
All round enjoyable stay.
private car park with hotel access so no need to walk through the bar/restaurant area. excellent room decor and facilities. good value for money.
The sunday lunch and the breakfast was excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean and modern and the bed was ultra comfortable.
Clean, friendly, central, good value, excellent food. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay here if visiting Rasen.
Fantastic food, brilliant room with balcony. Staff outstanding. Close to rail station for day out to Lincoln.
We stayed in room 2. It is stunning. A beautiful room and a gorgeous bed. Very clean and a lovely bathoom.
Brilliant, lovely lovely staff!!!! The room and restaurant were
fantastic. Highly recommend.
Restaurant and food were superb! Fantastic tasting dishes, great dinner service. All class.
Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. A great boutique hotel, welcome another stay.

Good value.
Staff were very friendly
Room was very comfortable.
it was great best bit was the balcony.
Large room and delicious breakfast.
Very comfortable room and bed.
The staff were fabulous.
Food and hospitality.
Lovely friendly staff, excellent food.
Staff very helpful & friendly.
There was nothing not to like.
The car park was limited but there is plenty of free parking across the road.
Cannot think of anything.
not applicable.
Car park very small and tight.
Being right in the centre of Market Rasen was quite noisy at night.
nothing.
When the Bar closed it also closed to residents.
Noise of extractor fan when on balcony.
Breakfast is a cooked breakfast and tea. No juice, fruit or cereal. But a very nice breakfast.
The only small complaint was in room 2 where we stayed, the double
glazed window couldn't completely shut, so the noise from the
traffic and pedestrian crossing alert was very clear from early in
the morning!.
Market Rasen in itself is nothing to speak of (sorry!), but it is close to get to the wonderful Lincolnshire countryside. Magnificent in the spring.
Could do with sound proofing but all goes quiet after 11pm.
Nothing but one improvement would be a desk and chair in the bedroom.
Nothing.
The walls are very very thin. Disturbed sleep.
Not enough space to sit and relax downstairs for residents as most of the space was full with dining tables
Got our bills wrong on several occasions (over charging us).
King size bed-2 singles put together-wardrobe not brilliant.
Water stains on shower door.
nothing.
Not able to have evening meal because restaurant full.
Breakfast was just cooked plate with just one coffee, very tasty but would have preferred self-serve and also an orange juice.
Booked 2 x Executive King rooms - only received one! I felt one room was just a double room. Rooms too too hot - no instructions to turn down heating.
The room & ensuite we had on the top floor of the hotel was too small and cramped. Not even a chair to sit on and other than the bar there is nowhere to sit down & relax.
