Lo que la gente dice
My young son was ill during the night and the staff on duty were very helpful, providing us with fresh sets of bedding and ensuring we had everything we needed. Big thumbs up for helping us and doing it with a smile in the middle of the night!.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money. Definitely use Premier Inns again.todo comentarios »
Rooms were very clean and layout brilliant. Single beds for children ace as been in some hotels that expect two young hildren to sleep in doubke sofa-bed (no chance!!).
All of it was very good, from staff, cleanliness, comfort, and although we did not eat an evening meal, the breakfast was very good.
Just what you would expect from a Premier Inn, good parking, clean &
comfortable rooms. No complaints.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Top marks for customer service by all the staff.
The accommadation was very clean
& comfortable and the Staff were
extreemly helpful .
Its the best place to stay in the New Forest. Can not fault it.
Will certainly stay again.
Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet. A nice pub (the plough) just a
miles walk away.

staff were really helpful, food was nice, great value for money.
-Enough space in the room
-clean
-great bathroom.
Size of room. Towels changed every day.
Staff good flat screen tv good pub/grub on site.
Location.
The truckle type bed that my young son slept on was incredibly uncomfortable. It was really hard, so we tried to make it better for him by laying two doubled over quilts over the bed. This definitely helped with the comfort, but I think these "beds" need to be replaced with something more welcoming - the mattress, again if you could call it that - was like a piece of hardboard!.
It would have been nice to have some comfortable seats to sit in once you had finished your meal. Lounge area away from the bar.
Double bed a little too hard.
There was nothing to dislike.
The food in the Pub side / restaurant
was extreemly poor,in the evening &
at Breakfast time, hardly any choice on the continental selection, coffee was cold , The young lady serving in the restaurant was not properly trained, and
was coughing all the time.
Nothing to dislike.
Out the way of everything, quite pricey for what it is obviously just
because the location in the new forest (which is actually about 5 miles
from the actual forest).
The room had no opening window and the heating would only go down to 17 degrees so we had a really bad night on Saturday which was very bad when we had a sailing competition on Sunday and sleep was important.
The mattresses are also extremely firm which is not good for anyone with a back problem but great for someone who weighs 20 stone or more!!.
Young children constantly running around in room above we were unable to relax properly due to vibrations in ceiling.
1. Having to pay for another drink after a moth flew into my wife's drink when only partly consumed.
2. Not having a full menu choice available due to a fault with the grill in the kitchen.
3. Having to stand outside for two hours whilst fire alarm sounded and staff unable to contact alarm company.
Would have been hard to get to by public transport.
When window open noise from generator/aircon units
Also our room(20)overlooked dustbin area which meant late evening noise from kitchen.
Had to keep window closed at night.
Had to use the disabled room -wet room was great bed was very low and
not as comfortable as previous premier inn beds local people in bar were
noisey and language was a bit strong for a family room.
cant find anything.
Dirty coffee cups...replaced when reception notified.
Premier Inn's WiFi facility is very clunky. I couldnt get it on my
smartphone in my room. Why dont they stick £3.00 on the bill and have it
instant access everywhere in the building. They need to make sure that
coverage is good everywhere on their property.
nothing that we did not like, has we liked it all.
location wasnt great and very hard to fine. systems went down so there was a mix up on the rooms and therefore a mix up at breakfast too as this was included but i was questioned about it, was sorted in the end.
-half our internet (
wifi) every day........in 2013 why not free the hole day.
-you have to ask a lot of things when you eating breakfast.
Flooring was very creaky - needs resolving!
Breakfast should be included in charges.
Hard beds shower over bath rubbish wi-fi no mobile phone connection in
rooms signal seems blocked.
The fact we arrived to find our bedroom not made up at 8 00pm. The receptionist did it in front of us, carrying ripped wrong sized linen back and forth for half an hour.
