everything! Nice people, comfortable room, soft matress and pillows, excellent view, good price. How friendly the staff are, they made us fill very welcome even holding the doors open for us.It was what I needed. Close to see front. The double room is nice. It suited our pupose of a one night stay in Lowestoft. The cleanlyness ,..location to the work and the cost. todo comentarios »
visited relatives in the area. friendly staff. It was cheap. I thought it was disgusting i payed to stay and in the end i never did stayed in the hotel across the road!!!. went into room and straight out filthy tatty smelly. The bathrooms are abit on the small side considering the size of the room. There was no full breakfast. It would not be of sufficient standard for a longer stay. probably needs modernising. location was fine, the hotel just needs re-furbishing to encourage more people to select it.For a hoilday I would not recommend the hotel but for a stort stay on a budget it would be fine. It was very scruffy. The entrance was dark and uninviting. The manager was very pleasant, but he admitted that he had problems with the "Local Authority Guests". If we'd read the guest reviews we probably would not have chosen to stay there.yes - it is very basic, not what expected at all. looked to be more like a half way house. Breakfast is included but by this it means a bowl of cereal is presented to you, there are no options - not even a choice of cereals!. The quality of the room was appalling- it was basically a converted office, with strop lighting and office carpet and all. Would not recommend unless you are on a very tight budget.we payed for a double and got twin it was the worst place i have stayed, the room was a dump. i wish i read the reviews before i went. The room was cold and shabby. The bathroom was very cramped, basin too small. The towels were too small. There were leaks letting in rain in the window, which was dirty with mould. The TV reception almost unwatchable. Only 3 channels. Very depressing. Worst hotel/BandB I have ever stayed at. Very poor value. A resident who was housed there by the Council (homeless) said their room was awful. The room was damp and smelt, the "bathroom" floor had vinyl covering a lifting floor, the wash hand basin was minute, there were no fire instructions in the room, The only efficiency was the fact the credit card was charged before we eat breakfast - there was no bill per se and a receipt had to be asked for. disgusting dos house did not stay worse than a dog kennel. everythink it was terrible the bed was hard pillows was like rocks, the all round appearance of the hotel was misleading. A person was seen smoking in the kitchen.
