Friendly staff .I liked the fact it was a small hotel .Personal touch

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.The service was excellent. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel and would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Excellent location, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in away from home

Yes they added tips to the final bill when I had tipped as I went along this should be up front so people know about it

I like the room but it was soo small,i request for twin beds but theydidnt provide us even that I already informed them in my booking .theother jumairah is much near harrodes and harvey nichols.

I didnt like that they where slow in service .

It was refurbished and everything was modern and clean

The heating was not very good and we had to switch the heating although it was on 30 degrees

it was close for shopping

the dinning room was very small for breakfast i did not feel we got value for money and would look elsewhere the next time we are in london.

The bathroom fittings where of very poor quality, the towel bar actually came off the wall at one point (Room 116)

Location, good bed and pillows.

Tiny, tiny bathroom for £269 + vat. £30 for broadband access. Complete rip off. Mandatory service charge?? what's that all about??
