style of building and size of windows!. Access to Glasgow West End. The hotel sits on top of a hill. Walking to the shops was ok but comingback to the hotel was very challenging walking up hill, good exercise!!!The mattress was not very comfy. Payment was demanded on arrival. Cheques not accepted.5% charge on both debit and credit cards. Bathroom: door would nor open/close, mirror light u/s, extractor fan u/s. Overall:all lights fused but no assistance available until morning. Bedroom: bedside lamp bulb u/s, TV remote u/s. Breakfast: microwaved very cheap food, water-down juice, coffee undrinkable. todo comentarios »
Extreme rudeness of staff - the worst I have ever encountered in 40 years of visiting hotels. Alleged parking area was unusable due to being on a very steep cambered slope.
