The apartments are spacious and had everything we could need. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early in Edinburgh and they allowed us to check-in 4 hours early. The city pads are very well located. There is a Sainsburys local about 1 minute walk away, as well as some cafes like Peter's Yard and Starbucks. We found the apartments very peaceful, no disturbances at nights and we were only on the 2nd floor. I will definitely be booking the city pads again when w.
todo comentarios » Brilliant location for the Fringe festival and town etc. The bed was so comfortable and duvet and pillows gorgeous - a real treat. Everything we wanted to feel home from home with a modern edge. Will definitely be staying again but will book for longer next time!. We had a luxury apartment just minutes from the Royal Mile, etc. Everything we needed was there, and the very helpful staff even stocked it with milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, etc. The area is lovely and fun, as well. Setting overlooking crags through large windows, The Meadows nearby, and small supermarket and cafes below flats. Very kind management ( Suzie and Richard). All necessary amenities in light, airy flat. Pillows perfect. The peaceful location, which had excellent communications to the city centre, but also with local facilities for everyday needs. The standard of decor is excellent and it was very much a home from home. Sally was great, staying late on a Friday to say hello when we were running late and providing us with some food for a snack and breakfast. Apartment was in a fantastic location for visiting the city. The size of apartments. The location is quiet good within 10 minutes walk from the old city. There is a sainsburys downstairs. The possibility to cook your own food. The views were lovely and really quiet location. Just an easy, quick walk into city.A really comfortable apartment. Will definitely use again. Bath would be tricky for a less mobile couple. Difficult to get in and out of to access shower. Immobile shower screen so I couldn't reach taps from outside the bath. I'm very fit and flexible, but really struggled with the situation. There wasn't anything that we weren't happy with. Nothing. The bed was not comfortable. The bathtub could have been cleaned better. It had a strong odour of cigarette smoke as you walked in the door,and as I have a allergy to them, it made me sneeze the whole time I was there. Customers should be asked if smoking or non smoking. Also the pub below us had two nights. Of he three we were there, with extremely loud music that came up through bedroom windows.it went on till late.hats an issue. Several lightbulbs missing in bedrooms and all but one missing in en suite Also apartment very overlooked . Nothing. The place was a little noisy, from noise outside to noise from other apartments. No chopping board or sharp knives even though the kitchen was otherwise incredibly well equipped. None. We were travelling by car and had to pay an exhorbitant amount to park in the car park beneath the apartments. It would make better business sense for any parking space attached to the apartment to be offered to those staying in the apartment. Can't think of anything we didn't like. Broken door on the shower. Poor media set up. No view on the meadows. As with all accommodation during the Festival time, it was very overpriced. Not worth £150 a night. Apartment was rather spartan. Due to its location, it was very noisy at night.
