It was a perfect place if you were using Aberdeen Airport Friendly clean and cheerful. If we need an airport hotel at Dyce we would definitely stay there again..
Clean, friendly, helpful staff, within walking distance for the airport and on a frequent bus route to the city centre. Modern look.

Close to son's house. Also appreciate air con and large comfortable room. Did not hear noise from airport.
Staff were very helpful and the room was worth the money. Easy to get anywhere from the hotel.

Location.
+ Multiple pillow types to choose from (soft/hard)
+ Clean rooms
+ Modern facilities were comfortable, e.g. room ventilation
+ Friendly staff, but you have to talk to a computer
+ Close to airport.
Close to airport.
Staff very friendly and obliging.
Quietness - cleanliness-friendliness-location.
Sterile atmosphere.
Nice modern hotel.
Friendly staff.
Near to where I needed to be for.
Rooms were slightly on the smaller side for a family of four, but being that we were only staying 1 night to recoup before traveling by road to our final destination it didn't really bother us.
It was a little tight with coffee tea in rooms 1 teabag each and 1 sachet of coffee each. if both drank coffee you would have to decide whether to drink it that night or save it for the morning.
The lack of transport to and from the airport. Because I had three large suitcases with me there was no way I could walk to the airport and there were no trollies to use. I had to pay £5 for a taxi to collect me for the three minute journey. This is the only "Airport Hotel" that I have stayed at that did not provide transport as part of my stay.
Smell of sewage in lifts and other areas but not in our room or reception area.
Having to pay for parking but understand the reason.
The only two things were that the room had no telephone and that in the bathroom there is no electric outlet for a shaver.
wi-fi signal could be better.
How long we had to wait at reception.
How long we had to wait to be seated for breakfast.
Breakfast items weren't kept fully stocked, I had to wait on bacon, eggs, sausages and mushrooms, basically they weren't any breakfast to have, so I had to wait a while before they got restocked, I had to do without an egg as I didn't have time to wait any longer.
Car park charges for residents at £5 a day is way to expensive.
could not have breakfast as I had a 0600hr check in at heliport.Would be better with a 0500hr opening time not 0600hr.
Parking and warm but not hot water in rooms. The rest was fantastic.
Price! Far too expensive for a premier inn, just because it is in Aberdeen.
Breakfast was an extra charge, not complimentary.
That the door to my first room could not be locked.
Nothing.
Room was cold and couldn't adjust the heating as it was fixed.
I felt the breakfast was a bit expencive.
Poor reception area and only one person on duty.
Had to pay to park our car overnight.
No bathroom but not a major issue.
No alarm calls available, hardly slept as I was scared I'd oversleep and miss my flight.
Paying extra for car parking.
Uphill walk from airport with suitcase in freezing rain - not the hotel's responsibility though!.
The Restaurant layout.
couldn't access the wifi for which I paid.
- Computer Check In (Mandantory)
- EVERYTHING is extra...
- ...even though the price is high (wifi, paper, breakfast, parking,...)
- Poor breakfast selection
- Unpersonal
- Many things didn't work properly
- Elevators occupied by staff
- 3 rooms booked together were 2 floors apart
- Was promised a full refund, hasn't recieved it. Customer Service not responsive.
- Much more expensive and less quality than nearby alternatives.
No towels in room on 2 out of the 4 nights i stayed.
Bathroom not cleaned properly.
Breakfast coffee maker running out of coffee beans so causing long tailbacks.
Breakfast food running out so having to wait for more being made.
Sending back dinner 3 times because they could not cook steak properly then using same chips which were then cold.
Being charged for parking / Wi-fi / breakfast.
No phone- no wifi- no lamp bulbs and door didn't lock inside. No personal touches as all computerised.
having to pay for parking absolutely an outrage!!!.
Bad smell in the area around the lifts on every floor.
The room which booking .com booked for us. It was a disabled friendly room. Premier Inn staff advised us that this was common practice with letsbookhotel.com. We received a full refund next morning.
No snack menu bed was not comfortable no phone in room to contact
reception power shower not a power shower overall premier inn has gone
in my ratings very disappointed will be peeking refund.
