A very warm welcome by a great host. Very chatty and couldn't do anymore for you. We hadn't been to Bournemouth so we were told were to go and where everything was located so we could make the most of our stay. Would return and highly recommend!

I stayed 3 nights in a single room. The room and a dining room are beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable, bed linen clean. Location is very good, 4 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to one of the main streets with many shops and cafés. Fast Internet. Tomer is very friendly. He was asking the guests about the plans for the day or how they spent the previous day in Bournemouth, I liked that.

The single room does not have an en suite bathroom, but a private bathroom down the corridor. It is not clear enough on the website. When I booked the room I was sure it has an en suite bathroom. Because of the bathroom I do not think that it is a good value for money.

Excellent check in by Tomer & was very impressed with the pre arrival text asking about our check in / arrival. The room was comfortable with all the mod coms you come to expect.

The locations was brilliant! 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the beach! Breakfast was excellent, fresh from the oven croissants and bread rolls ready when we came down! Tomer was an excellent host and we will be going again!

All areas of the guest house are so clean and beautifully presented. The owner is very friendly and has good knowledge of places to go and eat in Bournemouth. Continental breakfast is very fresh and plenty available to eat. Would definitely return to stay at that guest house if we visit Bournemouth again.

The location was very good, the staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The room was lovely.

The staff at Bamboo were brilliant. Mark was the nicest, most polite manager I've ever come across, so helpful too. Bamboo is a really cool hotel (with ace artwork everywhere) that's ideal location wise for central Bournemouth.

I absolutely loved my stay here, the owner was friendly and welcoming, but not instrusive and I was upgraded from a single to a double. The room was modern, very clean and finished to a very high standard. I loved that there was tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was excellent, the bed and linens very good quality. I was blown away by the presentation of the breakfast though. I am vegetarian, and I always hate when hotels put the sliced cheese right on the same plate as the ham, yuck! At Bamboo, the cheese was individual portions (less wasteful, too, I would imagine), the croissants were the biggest and most delicious ever. The breakfast room has wonderful artwork and great interior design and I really enjoyed my breakfast for one, feeling almost overwhelmed with the range of drinks, pastries, break, yoghurts, cheese and jams. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Bournemouth.

If I had to say anything, it would be the parking arrangements. The public car park is super close, but costs could add up on a longer stay. Maybe other people are luckier with finding free on street parking. Only tiny suggestion is that I would love to see Earl Grey tea available in the room next time.

Impeccably clean. Friendly and helpful staff. All-in-all. a wholesome experience. We would recommend.

We're used to sleeping on 14 inch-deep mattresses. we missed that on our trip to the UK. Not just here, but every other hotel. Small point.

I liked the fact we had an on suit bathroom. Which was nice and clean... It had a nice presence abd feeling as its decor was of a high standard which oosed comfort. Didnt make you miss home!!

The space was a bit limited however you can't have everything so I was more then pleased with the facilities I was provided with. Only other thing is that you do not have control over the heating.

The guesthouse was very clean and decor was to a very high standard. fresh bottled water and biscuits in the room every day. Also has hairdryer which isn't listed on the website.

The single bedroom does not have en suite, the bathroom is down the hall. the window has no double glazing so if you are a light sleeper you won't get much sleep as the road is fairly noisy. But nice place to stay if you are a sound sleeper.

during our two night stay the room bins were not emptied and there were no toilet roll replenishing. On the second morning there were no pastries available for breakfast, or a full range of fresh fruit as there was the previous morning
