Lo que la gente dice
The staff were all very friendly, especially on reception and at breakfast. Delighted with room, very large and modern in design.Think we may have been given a better room as it was our wedding anniversary! The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and had a wonderful nights sleep.Breakfast was excellent and had a full waitress service even for cereals, which was a nice touch.A good mixture of ages but do not allow Stag and Hen parties which is good.A ve. todo comentarios »
Though my stay was all too brief, I found the staff extremely helpful and easy to approach. The overall condition of the Hotel was clean and very comfortable with multiple option choices of different relaxation zones. Only wish I had been staying longer to take in the full facilities and entertainment obviously on offer. The tram stop is approx 150 mters from front door, so leaving car and hopping on a tram is a great option of seeing Blackpool, Fleetwood and Cleveleys. Breakfast was good with . This our 3rd weekend break here. Staff always welcoming and helpful, especially Kerry on reception. Good variety on both breakfast and evening meal menu's with very attentive waiting on staff. Hotel in good location within walking distance of town centre but far enough away for peace and quiet! Well maintained decor. Most enjoyable stay!.
Excellent Hotel, we were offered a 5 course evening meal for £12.95 which looked very good value for money, but unfortunately we were unable to accept this offer as the show we had booked started at 7.30 p.m.
Friendly staff.
10 minute brisk walk to The Winter Gardens.
Would love to stay in this hotel in the future.
Overall I thought the Hotel was a lovely, clean Hotel with plenty of parking. The room we had was nice and spacious for me, my partner and little boy.The Staff was nice and friendly too (which does help) and it was in a nice quiet location. The food was excellent and we can't wait to go back again next year!.
Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean.Close to the beach but far enough away from the town to be peaceful at night. Breakfast was great, lots of choice but no beans . Evening bar food was good too. Really good value for money. There was entertainment in the evenings too, though not really to our taste.
Courteous and helpful staff.porter ensured our suitcases were in our rooms before we entered.the family room was spacious and very clean.superb value for money.tram stop outside the hotel.0nlly four stops from the tower.the breakfast choice was fantastic .as was the quality of food and service.
Lovely clean beautifully decorated room with a wet room bathroom, staff were fantastic and friendly breakfast was brilliant! We didn't get chance to try the evening meal package but it looked and smelled fantastic and was good value for money.
Will be staying again next year.
We recently stayed at the park house hotel for the weekend with our young children, we all really enjoyed it the hotel was lovely and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would defiantly stay there again on future visits to Blackpool :) x.
The hotel is in a good location - away from the town centre but easily
accessible. The breakfasts are excellent with a good choice. Bedrooms
are clean and comfortable - ok maybe a little dated but hey how much
time do you spend in them??.
Had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Came in early in the morning and the night porter was very quick to answer the door so we wernt standing in the rain. Staff excellent. breakfast fantastic.
Breakfast sets you up for the day. Staff hard working and cheery. Entertainment good quality every night after the bingo which was very popular. Great price. Swim at the sister hotel (Doric).
Although the rooms were a little old fashond they were clean and comfortable the dining room was very clean the breakfast was exalent the waitress was lovely nothing was aproblem.
Our room was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent and good value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location - about 10 minutes walk to Blackpool Tower.

the relaxed atmosphere.
It was all lovely.

This hotel really knows it's target market. Elderly couples who like dinner early so they can get to the on site bingo & the ballroom in the evening. We took it all as part of the "Blackpool Experience". Breakfast was all served at the table by efficient staff & was well cooked. I doubt many of the visitors to this hotel venture into the town at night & why should they it's all laid on for them at the Hotel. We ate out & found a great Italian Restaurant down the road from the ho.
Huge flat screen tv on the wall, wasn't facing the bed,so difficult to watch, which was disappointing.
not applicable this time.
Nothing much really, but if I did have to be picky then we had a shower over the bath which just sprayed everywhere and we would have just liked a shower cubicle.
We had dinner on our 1st evening , the main meal was so salty we couldn't finish it. Most of the other guests were older and we felt that we were intruding .You could warn people that they need a blue rinse in order to fit in here. We may be mature but not quite ready for bingo evenings.
The only niggle was the tiny car park .its too small for such a popular and full hotel.but that's it.
Just one complaint - the hotel was too hot during our stay, but the
weather was unseasonably warm.
A little over priced for room and breakfast.
No complaints. If i was being picky the shower takes a while to get the right temp and flow but not realy a big problem.
The attitude of the bar staff.
Our room decor was dated.
Everything was fine enjoyed our stay.
Decor in the room was a bit dated, dinner in the restaurant was budget friendly but lacked ambience.
Entertainment- not on long enough, not enough variety bit too old for our group of 45-50 yr olds.
Beer/wine was a bit expensive, no special offers on. No guest beers on offer.
Mattress was a bit lumpy but room was excellent
Breakfast was cold on the Sunday morning as we where later coming down 9.00 am.
My only negative was that the bed wasn't comfortable and the
mattress could do with being replaced. But this no way ruined my stay or
opinion of the hotel.
maybe aimed a little towards older person.
The decor of the room was dated could do with a refurbishment.
The television had a poor picture and the remote didn't work properly. Parking was limited if you took your car out of the car park it was very difficult to get a space on your return.
Nothing.
Old fashioned decoration in the bedrooms , the dining room floor being bounced up and down when people walked past while trying to eat.
There was abit of trouble while we were there with other guest. Being loud when coming back at 2am in the morning drunk shouting and being rude to other guest.
expected a show in the evening but all older people ballroom dancing cos we had our young grandaughter with us it was fine but we waited till 9pm for the bingo to finish expecting a cabaret.
Breakfast maybe a bad day for our waitress but not accommodating. Not
sure about expanse of choice.
Non refurbished rooms. will be perfect all round for a break when the work is done on all the bedrooms.
Fruit juice should be readily available for breakfast and not as a choice.
Very clean but bedroom needs to be updated.
Entertainment only for elderly.
Nothing.
on first entering the room it was stiffling as the window was closed.
Very warm in rooms but couldn't be helped as very hot day.
nothing everthing was fine.
nothing.
Family room was a little small.
We'd never been to Blackpool & visited it as part of a tour of places we'd never seen before. It is what it is: a bit run down & noisy when the bars chuck out but people seemed to be having a good time. We are glad we've been but won't go again.
