A Convenient place to stay - not far from city centre. The location is well served by bus transport. Loads of Cafe Restaurants and Shops opposite. Good Breakfasts. Helpful Staff.

very nice location (good neighourhood, just few metres from the bus stop), friendly and helpful staff, clen and spacious room, large bathroom, very nice breakfast

i liked the lcation, as it was in a trendy and cosmopolitan part of Belfast, with good eaterys and shops I also liked the friendliness of the staff in the hotel, and was made to feel very much at home Had a lovley stay, my second stay here, and would deffinately come again

Originally booked a double room but was put in a small apartment adjacent to the Guest House.Very pleased with the stay ,very clean,nice quiet area and very reasonable price.

The bed mattress wasn't great, just fair okay, if you put memomys foam then its would be great and more comfort.

The staff was very helpful, and accommodation was well kept. It also was great to have a choice for breakfast.

That our showerhead was broken, so we had to get wet and turn off shower to wash and then back on to rinse. for being in the city. It had very limited parking, so you had to park on the side streets, if you had a car.

Our room had no window we could open, no big deal as we had door that opened directly to courtyard, but worthwhile knowing as we saw that other rooms did have windows.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff Easy access to town (ten minute bus ride, bus stop virtually opposite) Immediate location is great for eating out

Bit of a fusty smell, shower head holder broken and a bit of brown gunge around the soap in the bathroom. Such niggley things that really, I mean nothing :) On the side though, having nothing to do with the guesthouse, I advise that if you're catching a bus into town, then check the times online as the timetable at the bus stop is an old one! :)

It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a double and single). Everything was very clean and comfortable.

We didn't realize the numbering system on the houses and businesses do not correlate across the streets, so we were about 5 blocks down looking for the facility. A friendly person did show us where we needed to go, however. I just think it would be good to mention that or perhaps say where it is in relation to the nearby park.

The owner was so helpful and welcoming. Alex, the girl who seemed to do most of the housekeeping, was great. She even did a load of washing for us. Nice quiet location with easy bus and taxi, if needed. Good breakfast.

The staff are very hospitable and helpful. The room is quite comfortable.

The ceiling in my room has no curtain which is way too bright in the morning, so I woke up everyday before six o'clock. The location is very far from the centre, you need a taxi.

Really friendly and helpful owner and personnel. Located at 30 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minute walk from the city center. Easy to find, as located on a main street. Very good breakfast. Parking available.
