the staff could'nt have been more friendlier they were excellent. I rang the owner to advise that we would be booking in later than expected and he arranged to collect us from the train station.Enjoyed the food, and the serving staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Liked wide time range for breakfasts and generous check out time. Hotel in secluded spot with quick link to other amenities in the town, exactly as promised in the advertising. todo comentarios »
The staff were very friendly. The location was superb. Easy walking to the seafront and town shops. The beds were very comfortable.Nice room, nice people, although the breakfast lady could work on her English a bit as she didn't understand what you were asking her. Only that our room was at the very top of the building so we had a lot of stairs to climb.Would have liked fresh towels to be provided at least on alternate day basis. One set of towels for 4 nights not really acceptable. The en suite shower room was small and could have been cleaner.When we arrived there was no staff to greet us. We walked around the guesthouse, but we couldn't find anyone. It took about 20 mins before someone came to check us in. (we arrived at the middle of the day).
