Originally we had two nights booked but had to cancel one night due to bus schedules from Cappadocia. It is well located 5 minutes from bus and train station. Lovely garden area for breakfast and relaxing in. A very good substantial and fresh breakfast. Very clean rooms. Management hands on. Would have liked to stay longer.

Charming pension with great host and decoration. Fantastic home made barbecue and nice breakfast next to the fountain. Charming city.
Excellent value for money, room was clean and comfortable for a few nights stay. The Turkish breakfast served was also very good. :)

This pension has a nice garden and a nice terrace with an excellent scenic. Great location close to the bus terminal and the town centre. The staff was helpful.
The room is small. Also be careful not to use any free shuttle service from them. They may drop you off in a carpet store somewhere in town. No one gives you anything for free.

Located on a side street. Can be noisy time to time, and the street lights are directly penetrating the room during the night.
The location and the nice front yard garden
A little troubled to find it the first time though it's very close to the main street.
The staff is friendly and helpful and English is spoken. Location is close to three historic sites; the Basilica of St. John, the Isa Bey Camii and Temple of Artemis and a short mini bus ride to Ephesus. Close to restaurants, shops and the main bus station. A wonderful courtyard for relaxation and where a filling Turkish breakfast is served. Good internet connection.
Our room was located on the ground floor at the back on the street so was very noisy. Also late night noise from meals and entertainment in the courtyard after 9:00 pm. So, if you're like us and go to bed early you'll want to request a quiet room away from the street and courtyard if possible.
staff very helpful - came and picked us up when we couldn't find the place. Lovely courtyard to sit in and roof terrace with views. easy walk to restaurants and St John's church. Fresh, simple, adequate breakfast - plenty of tea and coffee. We felt very much at home. Good value for the money.

It had an authentic feel to it and the owners were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. Very close to the bus and train station to go to Ephesus and Izmir airport. Breakfast was nice.
I loved the location in Selcuk - quaint, quiet, beautiful, much more authentically Turkish than Kusadasi. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was accomodating and helpful. The weather was beautiful, so we had breakfast each morning in the beautiful courtyard. Selcuk is only a 15 tl taxi ride to Ephesus and not far from Sirince and Kusadasi. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided and even made into fun 'sculptures' at the foot of each bed.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom, especially when the fan would be turned on. Other than that, everything was great.

Rose and Raset were amazing, they were filling in for their brother who was away. We had a great 4 days. Very close to the bus and train station, excellent breakfast, Our room was upstairs, very bright and clean.
Friendly staff which made us feel like one of the family. Rose cooked up a great breakfast every morning which we enjoyed in the courtyard. Thanks to Rashid as well for meeting us at the train. Proud, family run guesthouse.
The inn and the yard at the pension are very nice, made in traditional style, it was a pleasure to sit and drink tea there. Also friendly staff, they picked us up and drove to hotel, which was very friendly.
Bed sheets were very rough. Breakfast could be a bit better.
what do you expect for a hotel just EURO35 per night? everything is just worthy for this price, the tiny room, simple bed, simple breakfast. it is a good choice to stay just one night for sleep, the location is good as the city is so small, the room is quiet, the bath is ok.
wifi doesn't work well. a little bit cold despite there's air condition.
The place is clean and close to city centre. Quiet area. Nice center court area for relaxation. The boss tried hard to give good customer service...eg pick you up at the bus station.
Lady boss is calculative. When you want to take drinking water from dispenser, she said you have to pay for that...asking us to take drinking water from toilet water tap.
Hot water was OK. Location was good. Basilica of St. John and downtown were very near. (It's a small town.)
Buffet dinner (extra fee) did not include any beverage.
