We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.
The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room.
Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room.
Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. The downside is that it is a bit noisy with ongoing roadworks and traffic at this time. -

The location was not to far from Taksim squire. it takes from you around 10-15 min by walk.

It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!
