Cleanness: Very good Breakfast: I am not exaggerating, an amazing
buffet! Great food! Extra: We were planning to leave the city by bus at
6:30 am. Until then, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel
"free of charge"

We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and
found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even
brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon),
spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental

We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. I was a little concerned because the Lonely Planet guidebook had warned against this neighborhood, but it was totally fine (we walked around) and the hotel was perfect -- modern, minimalist, obviously meant for businesspeople, but very welcoming to my family.
