Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable.
Great location if you're just going through Izmir like myself. Very close to both train stations. 10 minute walk to the closer one, 40 minute walk from the second on.

We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and
found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even
brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon),
spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental
company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time. Excellent

We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. I was a little concerned because the Lonely Planet guidebook had warned against this neighborhood, but it was totally fine (we walked around) and the hotel was perfect -- modern, minimalist, obviously meant for businesspeople, but very welcoming to my family.
