Excellent facilities at a very good price. Cannnot fault the hotel. Staff were really helping and polite. Room was of a decent size, with all the necesary facilities. Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room. The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA. We have stayed at Pera Capitol for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is great, only one minute from Istiklal Street, and three minutes from the Tunel, Nostalgic Tram stop and Sishane Metro Station. staff were very helpful, kind and prompt. Breakfast was good enough and the rooms were quite clean. It was exactly what we have looked for.
