We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Sultanahmet and easy walking distance to the bazaars, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, cafes and restaurants and the Bosphorus. Beautiful hotel with plenty of history; we stayed in a deluxe room that was so comfortable and quiet with great facilities, views and service. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
