Very friendly and helpful staff even though some had limited English, but in fairness we have extremely limited Turkish so they did much better than us! We stayed 2 days then came back after 2 days away for another 3 days and used as a base to visit Ephesus and Pamukkale. The hotel is right in the centre so in the rush hour the traffic is heavy, but on the plus side it is within walking distance of the water front with its cafes and bars as well as the pier with its shops and restaurants. todo comentarios » They accepted my sudden request of changing dates of check-out without any penalty, even though my request was late enough for them to claim the penalty fee. Not only for that reason, this hotel was located in a very safe and convenient location near the central station. Also the speed of the internet access (24HR Free Wi-Fi) was very satisfactory by which I could enjoy Youtube Movie (with HD screen) without having any disturbing. Excellent staff. I left my passport at the hotel. A member of the staff proceeded to rush to the airport to pass me the passport to ensure I would be on time for my flight. A welcome plate of snacks, good porter service, staff even parked and retrieved my car for me. Great hotel. Couldn't have asked for more!!. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even before we arrived they offered some very helpful advice. The hotel is perfectly situated for museums, historic sites and bazar shopping. Very close to the quay and ferries. We found it a perfect location and the staff really were excellent. The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. When we arrived they offered us cake,sweets and biscuits and when we left they invited us for a drink. The room was big and clean and in very good price. The breakfast had an amazing variety of food, that even looked like an early lunch. not much to say...everything was good: the room, the fact that there was a parking, the breakfast (with a large choice wich is rare for an hotel at this price!!) and of course the facilities.The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. I definatly recommend this hotel!!. Arrived 11.30pm staff excellent, took keys and parked car in nearby car park and brought bags to room. Booked a double room but we were given two singles but changed next day without having to ask. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Yesmien arranged our tours to Pamukkale and Ephesus. The room was cleaned daily. Great location, very central. welcome treats upon arrival and they were only too happy to help with anything we asked for and switch our rooms, offer tea and coffee etc etc. Very clean rooms, new designed rooms, good service hotel situated near Izmir Fair, near metro station, near city center. Very good location. The staff was extremely friendly, the room, although not very big, comfortable and very clean, breakfast was excellent. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was ok. And moreover, the staff is very kind and eager to help and to share with customers. Small point but after 5 days (which is probably longer than most peope stay) the breakfast could do with a little variety. Mini bar in room but no glasses to drink from. Meal was not 100% satisfied, but considering the price of this hotel, it is adequate and acceptable. Although polite and helpful, almost nobody from the staff spoke english. The room seemed a little bit empty. A sofa or some chairs and a table would make it more cosier. The location was a little bit uncomfortable at night. Although it was close to the sea and right in the center, there was a strange atmosphere at night and especially women might feel real uncomfortable walking around the area alone. nothing to say actually...maybe the rooms are a bit tight but that's all. bedroom at front (on main road) noisy from traffic. Sometimes, returning to the hotel later in the evening, we felt a bit unsafe as the road was very empty and quiet. Shower over flowed abit and wifi didnt reach our room as it was at the end of the corridor. The only thing that was a little problem for me was I requested a non smoking room and it seemed like maybe someone in the next room was smoking and the smoke was coming through into my room. The bathroom was especially smoky. My stay was not long enough to learn more Turkish words and sentences !. I did not have TV in my room. But you do not need that. You are goig to be out of the room most of the time. For the money, I can't think of anything - except possibly telling it apart from 2 other hotels nearby, in the same chain!. Front rooms are VERY noisy, due to constant traffic in the street. Get a room in the back!. None. The Hotel on the main street sometimes a bit noisy.. Small shower Traffic noise. less noisy.
