  We (my wife and I) arrived one day earlier than our original date of booking and the hotel was fully booked. The owner(or Manager?) offered to let us stay in his house; but later he was able to find a room for us in the hotel in the later evening. He even asked the hotel chef (his wife?) to cook us a Tunisian dinner and did not want us to pay for ... lo que la gente dice » it. The room he offered to us is clean, comfortable and spacious (the bath room is big and artistically decorated in Arabic style). The hotel staff wh - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. You can plan 4x4 excursions, and they would happily suggest you what to visit and where to eat while you're in Tozeur. Very nice rooms. Swimming pool is a must if you come in August!

  Stayed in one of the newer rooms, air conditioning, fridge, new TV, nicely presented. Clean. Nice staff, good location, good value. Some randomness eg bright dolphin shower curtain in otherwise neutral bathroom! - The staff as very friendly! We had a nice and warm welcome. Everything was satisfiying and even better than expected!

  Lovely comfortable bed Greeted by the manager on arrival who spoke excellent English and went out of his way to ensure a warm welcome. The manager also took considerable time to explain the available facilities in the town and surrounding area without being pushy in any way or trying to sell us anything. Clean hotel, centrally located, very friendly staff. Excellent. - The helpfulness, friendliness and kindness of the manager and staff; the location convenient to the medina, center and palmerie; the cleanliness and quiet. I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
