The room was very modern and clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Helpful staff except one who is a bit rude.(still young can improve;)
The swimming pool was cool and very quiet :)
Breakfast and coffee were great.
Lovely restaurants around.
5min walk from the massive shopping centre and nightly food market where you can eat for 2 Euro per person.
The shower was fantastic,really powerful and always lots of hot water, probably the best shower in Phuket.

Staff were excellent, in a good location, close enough to patong beach but far enough away to get away from the fast lane.
the morning staff were frendy, the housekeeping is great. the location of the hotel is nearby 7/11. i like it.

The staff should not be afraid to tell a few very loud tourists to be quiet. Especially after midnight. Some of them made noise from 12 to 2.30am.

lil too far from the beach and street to the mall and the beach is too narrow even you cant walk safely due to the cars and motorbikes flow.

cannot pay bill through my visa because the hotel dont have this facility.
Staff were hit and miss. The nice staff were lovely and the horrible
staff could have ruined my holiday if I had let her. I was yelled at on
more than one occasion when asking for assistance, made to feel like I
was imposing when asking for information and generally not made to feel
welcome. I would have left but I was having some dental work done and
had little time to look around.
They dont provide any lift, so it's hard to the guest who use bagage to lift it up.
They do not provide the shuttle anymore.
Got one local staff at the reception was so rude and kept using handphone while talking to me. The location said 5 mins walk to junceylon but actually it was 15 MINS WALK !!!.

too far its not a 5 or 10 min walk it is far not a place to stay if its your first time in phuket.
