Both people at the reception were very kind and helpful. They help you to set up your internet connection. Once is set, it works great. The room was great, comfortable, well decorated and clean, and got a great price through letsbookhotel.com. Patong Beach would not be my cup of tea, but if I come back, I'll try to stay in this hotel. This time a had a room to the back (without a view). Very quiet. Nice room. Nice Bathroom. Nicely furnished. 6th floor, but elevator. Nothing to complain.
