Large rooms, the ones at the back are quiet. Great location just across
from beach and restaurants. Good Internet in communal area.
Nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Many shops outside and restaurants within walking distance. One block away from the beach.

The Hotel doesn't have lobby, just small reception which is open
until 10pm only. Room was reasonably clean and big but had no
chairs/sofa to sit on, spent all the time on bed while in the
room. Tv had only Thai channels & wifi signal was weak in the
entire building.
Even the supposed non smoking room smelt of smoke. Although the staff
were always pleasant Very little English was spoken so it was sometimes
difficult to get information.
High-rise building with no elevator (we stayed on the third floor). No hotel swimming pool and no breakfast. Close to the beach but not on the beach which means the hotel does not have its own section of the beach.
The staff was not friendly at all.
If you run out of toiletpaper, you have to buy it yourself.
No international tv channels, only Thai!.
No more hangers in each room, and so many ants in room.
