The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the shopping belt and transportation is rather convenient. We visit bangkok every year for prayer - Erawan shrine and of course SHOPPING and we stay in this hotel every time we visit Bangkok.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help, rooms were clean and spacious with great views of Bangkok.
Location was fantastic, close to large shopping centers and Temples as well as Chit Lom BTS Skytrain station. todo comentarios »

Considering this hotel is old and difficult to keep clean, the staff did a fairly good job. The sheets were a bit old, but clean and serviceable. The towels were fresh and reasonably new. The free 24-hour wifi (ask for the password issued daily) worked OK. Breakfast is not too crowded with a reasonable range (only basic white sliced bread however). Probably the only reason to stay here is if you want to easily walk to the big Siam shopping malls. Certainly handy for Central World and Platinum M.
The hotel is situated at a very strategic location & we can travel by BTS to a lot of places.We can access to restaurants at World trade centre & nearby eating stalls easily..Food are delicious here ! Besides we can access to nearby shopping complexes easily. Very convenient. Whenever we come to BKK...we definately stay in BKK City Inn !.
We wanted to stay somewhere near Siam so that we could get the MTR to the airport the next day. It is conveniently located for this and has an interesting market on the doorstep. The staff are friendly and the lobby is quite grand. Its cheap.
Ok. Was in fairly good location. Comfortable and clean. Wifi was ok outside of peak times. Door staff and resturant staff very nice.

The location is good, you have access to the central world shopping
centre and big c super market. And also patunam market. The price is
acceptable, and the breakfast was good enough.

The hotel should consider refurbish the hotel room finishes considering that the reservation is always full (which is understandable). There should do floor by floor.
Breakfast is not that good and very poor varieties, but it is OK for the Price.

I don't like the tv programme as there is limited channel. Only 2
English channel , bbc , fox and hbo. It breakdown after my 2 days stay.

Bed was hard but we could sleep OK. Rooms facing the back of the hotel on the first two floors (levels 2 & 3) get little natural light; the windows are against the building behind. Car-parking is freely available directly in front of the hotel, where the doormen presumably keep watch 24-hrs, but that side of the street gets sun most of the day.
Breakfasts are not as delicious as last few years...! Not much choices & doesn't taste nice !
Hope hotel management could refurbished the rooms because some of the rooms smell awful & the carpet are dirty ! Anyhow the hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful ! Keep up the good job !.
Its a rough looking area. Quite noisy. The bed sheets look fairly old and past it as do the rooms. We decided to go budget on our last day of the trip - that was ok. Wouldnt recommend to stay longer than one night. Bangkok is so varied and cheap for accommodation you can afford to book only one night and then change your plan as you need.
Fridge was very loud but we unplugged it. No hair dryer. Breakfast wasn't the nicest but it was included.

Though the hotel has done some minor renovations and a fresh coat of paints on the walls of rooms. They have omitted the ceilings, which are so dirty.

The room was not so clean, there were alot of long hair on the floor and
in toilet and bathtub, the towels were very old and not clean. The air
conditioning controler was not working properly,and the room was very
cold while I put the controller to 30c.
