Staff was gentle and very friendly. Management was flexible, competent and open to accommodate any request from our side.
Also the fact that a GP was available at any time was of great help with younger kids.
Rooms always clean and tidy up. Great pool facilities for younger kids.

Lovely hotel, nice garden (without mosquitoes around), large pool, fantastic beach in the lagoon (with accesible sand banks at low tide), possible to get excursions and boat rides with local fishermen, nice buffet with local and international food, evening concert (every 2-3 nights), quiet resort, not overcrowded. Also free clinic in the evening - just in case something happens! Perfect when travelling with kids.
