Really close to the main train station. Cozy. Our one of the smallest room had sufficient space for two persons. Substantial breakfast: fresh bread, just boiled eggs, no problems with milk or butter, oranges, apples. And yeas, tee at the reception - coolest invention I met. Absolutely liked our stay.
Yes, there is a club on the opposite side, my husband told that he was disturbed my noise. But I was pretty tired after long walks, I had a good sleep, there was no disturbance for me.
close to tram 10 which from zurich airport. off at stop central not hb. only 3 minutes walk from tram stop. staff is very helpful and polite. clean bedsheets and thick towels. breakfast is sufficient.

In the heart of the city yet 5-8 min walk from train station. Its a 2-star hotel so I did not expect much, but the big window in the room indeed is a big plus. Lobby is cozy where hot tea is also provided for free(self-service). Simple furniture but very clean, bathroom is okay.

We loved the minimal design, how clean it was, and the fact that it was close to the main train station but also close to the main attractions and bars in the center without being on a busy/loud street.

Hotel Marta value for money for expensive cities. Great location, 5 mins walk from main station & old town. Room simple & clean. I booked economy room for 2 adults & 1 3 yrs old kid. When we reaching the staff saw the room i booked is too small for us, she upgrade us to standard room plus with the same price. So touched~ Thanks. high recommendation.

For an expensive city the hotel was reasonable and a great breakfast. Grocery store (COOP) down the street to fill in gaps for the budget traveler. I am staying there again in a couple weeks!

The hotel was immaculately presented with very comfortable, spacious rooms. The free tea in the lobby was nice, as was the seating area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, as was the hotel's location - just across the river from the main train station and shopping district.

Great location, about 200 m away from Zurich main station. Very fast WiFi connection. Hot water is provided at the reception, good idea.
The hotel is in a small lane behind the main street. Difficult to find, make sure you look up Google map first. There is only a lounge chair provided in the room, not the best option if you need to work on your laptop.
Can not complain anything, things are good and the price is very reasonable.

The room we had faced onto busy road.the windows were single glazed and did not keep the noise down .ask for room not facing onto the road.the breakfast was very basic.
I liked the siutation of the Hotel in the centre of the city, very close to the railway station (you do not hear it from the hotel) and not far from the lake.
The hotel was recently renovated and the design is nice and neat. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff friendly. They offer complimentary tea 24 hours and free WiFi.
One of the sides of the hotels overlooks a busy road, and the rooms there are extremely noisy. If you close the windows, though, it doesn't disturb too much. The breakfast was rather skimpy, but (like they mention themselves) breakfast in such an economy hotel is already an achievement...

The room was very clean and there was a good shower in bathroom. There was a simple but high quality breakfast with excellent coffee! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a few minute's walk from station.
The sun had been full onto the window all afternoon so the room was very warm and there was no air-conditioning - only a fan. We could not open the window when we went to bed because there was quite a lot of noise outside. I would request a cooler room if I visited again on a sunny day.

Nice hotel close to Central Station. Very friendly staff. Despite the fact that I arrived early morning I was checked in at 10 (normal check in is 13:00) and was provided with free breakfast that day. Rooms are not so small like I read in other reviews..
It was hot that days, so having a condition would be good thing. But they are providing fan.

In front of the noisiest pub in the Zurich. With closed window it is OK, but in hot weather it is not very comfortable - no air condition, only fun in the room.
