-Close to main customer ZHAW. -Winterthur seems a sleepy town, where in my experience after nine pm it is hard to find a place to eat; not with the Loge Hotel as on the ground floor there is a small pub/restaurant that has a kichen with extended opening hours.

It was great - next to the train station. A little loud at nights if you're not used to it but that's not a big problem for me. It is expensive when compared to Germany, but compared to swiss prices I can't really complain other than the fact that switzerland is way too expensive! -

extremely clean and neat rooms with laminate/hardwood flooring which ensures cleanliness and no dust etc. beds and linens were fresh and clean. showers were very clean and not dirty or marked in any way which would make them uncomfortable to use.

Excellent staff always very helpful, especially in the dining room at Breakfast. Rooms were excellent size and as clean as one would want. Over our three night stay we occupied 2 different rooms. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had various things we needed help with and they were great at solving anything we requested.
The reception staff in particular had great patience and a sense of humour.
The breakfast were lovely and the restaurant meals were good but pricy-but then Swiss restaurants are pricy!
Easy walking distance of the city centre and station-about 10 mins.

Depot 195 is a relatively inexpensive option if you're staying in Winterthur. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and had a nice big window. The interior is very pleasing anc combines clean modernism with the warmth of brick and old wood beams. Our room had a chest of drawers, which is always appreciated by those of us who don't like to live out of our suitcases.
